Refund policy

You have 14 days to return your bag/s from the day of delivery if you are unhappy with your order. But please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Patch & Play Bags. Upon receiving the returned order, we closely inspect the bag/s and only accept your return if the bag is as new, no dirt marks, odors or broken in any way.
