What is a Patch & Play Bag?
A soft cotton tote bag designed for open-ended play, where children can collect, carry, and interact with their favorite little things — from toys to treasures. The bags are Size: 19 × 13 × 11 cm + 18 cm handles.

Recommended age?
Recommended for toddlers and young children (approx. age 1,5+), always under adult supervision.

Are they safe for young children?
Yes, they are designed with safety in mind. However, as with all toys, we recommend adult supervision, especially for younger children. No small parts are included unless you add a bag charm to your order(coming soon), however the bag charms are more suited for older children 3+ yrs. The handles on the bags are designed to be small enough for kids hands and also to not pose any threat of strangulation. Perfectly safe for your precious little one!

What materials are used?
Our bags are handmade from soft cotton fabric, chosen to be gentle on small, growing hands. Batting is made out of polyester, but all the parts you see and touch are cotton fabric.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship worldwide from Stockholm Sweden. If you aren't able to order from your specific country, please reach out and we will sort it out.

How long does delivery take?
As each bag is handmade, processing times vary between 1–3 days before being shipped out.

Do you offer Klarna as payment method?
Yes! After placing your bag/s in the cart you will see Klarna as payment option after clicking "Check out".

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Patch & Play is not responsible for delays due to customs. Always reach out to your local postal and/or customs office for questions regarding import taxes that may apply in some areas.

Can I return my order?
Yes — you have 14 days to return your bag if you are unhappy with your order, but please note that return shipping costs are not covered. Upon receiving the returned order, we closely inspect the bag/s and only accept your return if the bag is as new, no dirt marks, odors or broken in any way.

What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us at info@patchandplaybags.com and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

How do I clean the bag?
Spot clean only.

Will it last?
Yes — each bag is carefully handmade to be durable enough for everyday play.

Are all bags the same?
No — each bag is handmade, which means slight variations may occur.

Can I choose colors or designs?
We offer different styles and collections. Custom options may be available in the future. However, never hesitate to shoot us a message at info@patchandplaybags.com and we're sure we can work something out!
